Why SEI? What keeps you here?
Without a doubt, it is the people. It was a no brainer for me to be a part of a company where people are not only fiercely talented, self-motivated, passionately collaborative but also truly believe in the culture and the values of the company. At SEI, I have an opportunity to contribute beyond client delivery and make a meaningful impact in growing the company. What are your business and technical skills?
My core area of expertise is in Organizational Change Management. I support organizations in maximizing the benefits and business value of projects and change initiatives by overcoming human capital challenges and driving adoption and utilization. I also have experience in program and project management, SDLC, and business process improvement.
What are your interests outside of work?
I love traveling and everything that comes with it – exploring new places, experiencing new cultures and experimenting new food. I also enjoy reading. You will often find me a with a book in my hand and completely lost in it.
Where have you made the greatest impact at SEI?
Recruitment and collaboration. I am actively involved in the process of identifying and interviewing high caliber individuals to come join SEI. From a collaboration standpoint, I have partnered and pitched in to support other SEI consultants deliver and showcase collective value to the clients.
