Global Cruise Line
SEI collaborated with a major cruise line to design and launch a series of AR mobile application games and immersive features that created unique customer experiences. The success of the games led to greater traffic in neglected areas of the ship, increased customer satisfaction and retention, and helped promote the cruise line as a leader in innovative recreation.
American Restaurant Chain
Following a significant data breach of point of sale (POS) systems, a major restaurant chain engaged SEI to manage the forensic investigation and design a POS solution with secure credit card processing, backed by information security best practices. We managed technology deployment at over 400 locations. Our work helped renew PCI certification and insurance and stemmed further associated breach costs.
Professional Baseball Franchise
A storied professional baseball franchise wanted to level-up its use of Tableau across the organization. SEI delivered a mobile-enabled sales reporting dashboard that allowed sales managers to monitor inventory levels at each sales location in near real time and provided highly customized visualizations for player evaluation.
