Our founder, Dan Pierce, recognized the inherent shortcomings of fly-in-fly-out consulting: clients receive impersonal, inconsistent service and consultants are forced to regularly leave their families and live out of suitcases. In an effort to address clients’ need for collaborative, end-to-end support and consultants’ need for security, trust, and independence, Dan reimagined the traditional consulting model, establishing a one-of-a-kind, local, employee-owned firm. In doing so, he created a model that empowers our consultants to view individual and organizational success as one and the same, infusing the firm with a people-first culture that values teamwork and mutual respect.
