- Engaging Conversations: Some of the most meaningful moments happened beyond the newsletter — on LinkedIn, in comment threads, and in the way ideas took on lives of their own.
- Topics That Matter: Leadership and AI were among the most-discussed topics, with AI alone being mentioned 276 times. Mental health appeared over 130 times, and remote work was explored in at least 140 editions — reflecting the evolving nature of work and well-being in the modern workplace.
These conversations have reinforced something fundamental: the way we work is always evolving, and so must the way we lead, adapt, and innovate. Whether it’s navigating change, fostering transformative solutions, or rethinking workplace strategies, there is always more to explore.

Sometimes, you’ve got to follow the path that life takes you down. When I started Exit Interview, I didn’t know exactly where it would lead — but I knew I wanted to dig into the big questions shaping how we work, lead, and grow.
