SEI was chosen by a global healthcare services company to lead the design and development of a solution to consolidate executive reporting for its data center and network services.
SEI facilitated a partnership between technology and business stakeholders to define a centralized, integrated, and architected data warehouse populated with high quality data and a multi faceted executive level scorecard with various levels of drill-down data. The team developed an updated monthly at-a-glance overview, which provided insight into key metrics associated with availability, performance by tier, internal customer satisfaction, and demand/cost.
The client submitted the solution to SAP Business Objects and was awarded the 2009 Intelligence Platform Excellence Award in recognition of BI work. In the end, business executives were excited with the ability to view the information on KPIs in a consistent format within a single, easy-to-use tool.
